About the Teacher

Welcome!

 

My name is Melissa Ziegler.  I teach preschool here at R.E.S.  This will be my second year at Riverton.  

 

I am originally from Teutopolis, IL, which is very close to Effingham.  I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Early Childhood Education.  For one year, I was a substitute teacher for schools in my hometown and surrounding areas.

 

I just got married over the summer.  My husband and I currently live in Chatham.
