Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS)

Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive systems approach in establishing positive behavior in schools to enhance student learning through social, emotional, and academic success.  By using PBIS, Riverton Middle School (RMS) has developed a foundation for clear expectations of appropriate behavior in all settings.       PBIS has proven its effectiveness by the use of data to demonstrate success.  To learn more about PBIS please visit the website at www.pbisillinois.com
