What's Happening in Writing

2nd quarter in writing:
Students are working on writing their very first research paper this quarter. It can be a daunting task, but I do my best to break the process down into small steps, and hopefully make it easy and maybe even enjoyable! Students are researching a significant event from history and its affect on the United States. They are learning all about finding valuable and reliable information, correctly citing their sources, and writing a well organized essay.
