Theme: Back to School/Pirates and Princesses
Ahoy Matey’s! Welcome back to the beginning of a great school year! We are starting with a theme on Pirates and Princesses. Your child will be making hats and telescopes this week. They will also be practicing their scissor skills and making a school book! We will be going on a treasure hunt around the school to find the places that are important to us in pre-k!
In the water table this week we will be playing with shape boats and in the sand table they will be searching for shells. In the dramatic play area we will be playing in our pirate ship which is sure to be a favorite!
Things to remember:
- pan style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> You are the most important part of your child’s education. When we work together your child will grow and develop to their potential! I’m looking forward to a great year. Please do not hesitate to call or email with any questions or concerns!
- pan style='font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> Preschool Screenings are August 12th and 13th. If you know any child who is 2 ½ to 4 years old, please have them contact the office to schedule an appointment.
