Classroom Expectations

What the teacher expects

by Gail Schroeder...

August 13, 2010

In our classroom we are expected, above all else, to be respectful of ourselves and each other.  What that looks like is...we are prepared for class (we have materials, homework completed, we are alert and ready to work).  We also are quiet when others are working and we do not interrupt each other or argue with the teacher, ever!

Being respectful of ourselves and each other also entails being willing to work hard, always.  Learning is our work and our sport.  We are ready to sweat to achieve the most we can in our classroom.  We support all efforts made in our classroom to learn, achieve and get better.
