Teacher Expectations

What you can expect from your teacher

by Gail Schroeder

August 12, 2010

You can expect me to be prepared and to be ready to work every day I am in school.

My job is to prepare students for high school.  I am called to help your student develop compensatory skills for their learning disabilities.  We will spend our day developing and practicing those skills.  I will work during class, between classes and after school with individual students and our class as a whole to become successful in eighth grade, high school and eventually the work place.

I will contact the parent (guardian) when the student is excelling, when there is a work completion issue or a discipline issue.  You should contact me for any concern whatsoever.
