The Riverton High School Book Club meets in the library with the sponsor, Mrs. Holliday, the school librarian. One of the activities the book club members participate in is selecting their favorite book to nominate for the Abraham Lincoln Illinois High School Book Award sponsored by the Illinois School Library Media Association. Each club member must read four of the titles on the list to be eligible to vote. Votes are due March 1, 2008.
