Does Your Child Need Financial Assistance to Participate in Activities?

If you are in need of financial assistance to help pay for activities fees or equipment, please fill out the form to submit a request.  All requests will be reviewed by the administration, and you will be contacted with a determination.  Individuals who qualify for free or reduced lunch will be considered for financial assistance.
