Photography/Yearbook Services

Riverton High School

​

Riverton High School is receiving Request for Proposals for student and school photography and
yearbook services for the 2025-2026 school year, including an annual optional renewal of services of
one year each up to a maximum of four renewal years. A summary of services is listed below; however
vendors are required to review and abide by all terms of the RFP.

Questions regarding the RFP specifics and procedures may be emailed to Ms. Michaela Campbell,
Business Manager, at mcampbell@rivertonschools.org. All questions and answers will be entered into a
Google Doc and available to review for all interested vendors. Vendors must request access by email.
All questions must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

Vendors are required to submit their sealed proposal no later than Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
Proposals are to be submitted in writing with the outside envelope clearly marked Riverton Schools
Photography RFP. Proposals are to be submitted to:
