Bids and Requests for Proposal

Sealed bids for the High School Parking Lot Maintenance project will be received by Kuhn and
Trello Consulting Engineers on behalf of the District, at 109 N. 7th Street, 3rd Floor, Springfield,
IL until 10:00 A.M. Prevailing Time, September 30th, 2021 and then at said office publicly
opened and read aloud.


Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be examined at the following locations:

Description of the Project is as follows: This WORK consists of preventative maintenance to
the north and south lots including routing and sealing, slurry seal, and patching. The work is
required to be completed over the school break from October 16th to October 24 exclusively.

PDF copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be obtained at no charge by

Springfield, IL 62701, 217-679-0044. Hard copies may be obtained at the same address at a cost
of $200.00 per set. The cost of hard copies is non-refundable.

Attention is called to the fact that only bid proposals that cover all the WORK will be accepted
and read aloud by the District. Partial bids will not be accepted.
